  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil for about a minute, then add the shrimp and lobster; sauté until they turn opaque (3-4 minutes).
  4. Make the creamy sauce by adding heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the same skillet, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  5. Layer the lasagna: Spread sauce in a greased baking dish, place three noodles, top with seafood, sauce, and cheeses; repeat twice.
  6. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the seafood with scallops or crab meat and use fresh herbs for added flavor. Let the lasagna rest before slicing for best results.
