Watermelon Mint Fresh Water

A refreshing drink that captures the essence of summer with watermelon, mint, and lime.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 23 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into manageable pieces.
  2. Blend the diced watermelon until smooth to create a puree.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve if a smoother drink is desired.
  4. Mix in the mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar, stirring well.
  5. Add the cold water and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint and lime if desired.
