Strawberry Mango Popsicles

A refreshing summer treat made from fresh strawberries and mangoes, perfect for hot afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cups cubed mango
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by rinsing them and removing the stems. Slice them for easier blending.
  2. Blend the strawberries with lime juice and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Chill the molds in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the mango mixture by blending cubed mango and orange juice until smooth.
  6. Layer the mango mixture on top of the chilled strawberry layer in the molds.
  7. Return the molds to the freezer to set for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  8. Unmold the popsicles by dipping molds in warm water, and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to experiment with fruits or add mint or basil for an herbal twist.
