Sparkling Caramel Apple Punch

A delightful fall-inspired punch with sweet caramel and refreshing ginger ale, perfect for cozy gatherings and festive celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider (128 ounces)
  • 1 cup caramel syrup
  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 23 green and red apples (thinly cubed)
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Cranberries (optional)
  • 20 oz Vodka, Whiskey, or Bourbon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the cider and caramel in a large punch bowl or pitcher and stir gently.
  3. Add the pumpkin spice and stir again.
  4. Introduce the ginger ale slowly and gently.
  5. Toss in your cubed apples and optional cranberries.
  6. Add the spirit (if desired) and stir again.
  7. Cinnamon sticks into the punch for flavor.
  8. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving.

Notes

Serve over ice in clear glasses, garnished with extra cinnamon sticks and cranberries.
