The Ultimate Shamrock Shake

A rich and creamy Shamrock Shake bursting with minty flavor, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your glass by placing it in the freezer.
  2. Combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and 1 cup of milk in a blender.
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract for flavor.
  4. Color it up with a drop or two of green food coloring.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste test and adjust mint flavor as needed.
  7. Serve the shake in the chilled glass and top with whipped cream.
  8. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker shake, adjust the ice cream-to-milk ratio. You can also add spinach for color without affecting the taste.
