Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Biscoff Cookies
  • Butter
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Apples
  • Oats
  • Flour
  • Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the crust by crushing Biscoff cookies and mixing with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare the apple filling by slicing and tossing apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  5. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese and blending in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Combine the cheesecake mixture with the apple filling layered on top.
  7. Make the crumble topping by mixing oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  8. Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  9. Cool for an hour and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
