Raspberry Hibiscus Latte

A vibrant and refreshing latte that combines the floral notes of hibiscus with the zingy sweetness of raspberry, perfect for any mood.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hibiscus tea
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • Sweetener (like honey or sugar, to taste)
  • Ice (for iced version, optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Hibiscus Tea: Start by bringing water to a boil. Once boiling, pour it over your hibiscus tea and steep for 5-10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Make the Raspberry Puree: In a blender, toss in your fresh or frozen raspberries and blend until smooth. Add sweetener if desired.
  3. Combine Tea and Milk: In a large mug, combine your brewed hibiscus tea with the milk of your choice. Heat the milk for a warmer drink.
  4. Blend: Use a frother or whisk to blend the milk and tea mixture until creamy and airy.
  5. Layer the Raspberry Puree: Add raspberry puree to the bottom of your glass or mug, then pour the hibiscus tea mix over it. For iced, layer ice first.
  6. Sweeten to Taste: Taste your latte and add more sweetener if desired.
  7. Garnish (optional): Top off with fresh raspberries or edible flowers for a stunning presentation.

Notes
