Pumpkin Spice Pull Apart Bread

A delightful pull-apart bread infused with warm pumpkin spices, creating a cozy taste of fall.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Biscuits
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin pie mix
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuits and cut each into quarters.
  3. Mix the sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and coat biscuit pieces.
  4. Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the greased bundt pan.
  5. Mix the pumpkin pie mix with more pumpkin pie spice and drizzle over biscuits.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting and glazing.

Notes

This bread pairs wonderfully with warm butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
