Pizza Roll Ups

Delightful pizza roll ups filled with mozzarella and pepperoni, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 24 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 80 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare the tortillas by brushing a light coat of cooking oil on one side of each.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on the un-oiled side of each tortilla.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup) and 5-6 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, sealing the edge with a little extra pizza sauce if needed.
  7. Arrange the roll ups seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with cooking oil and sprinkle the mixed seasoning over them.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping. Try adding sautéed veggies or jalapeños for variations.
