Peanut Butter Cream Pie

A silky-smooth peanut butter filling in a crumbly crust, topped with fluffy whipped cream that evokes sweet nostalgia.

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by baking it at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and refrigerate.
  3. Mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and stir well.
  5. Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently, then add the rest and fold until combined.
  6. Fill the cooled pie crust with the peanut butter filling, smoothing the top.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve with chocolate shavings or whipped cream on top.
