Peach Lemonade

A refreshing and tangy peach lemonade, perfect for hot summer days, capturing the essence of sunshine and nostalgia.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 recipe Homemade Lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
  • 45 ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint + more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the lemonade: If you’re going the homemade route, start by juicing about 8-10 medium lemons until you have a cup of fresh lemon juice. Mix this with 1 cup of sugar (or to taste) and 7 cups of chilled water. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Prepare the peaches: While your lemonade is chilling, halve the peaches and remove the pits. Cut them into thin slices.
  3. Blend the peaches: In a blender, add the sliced peaches and a cup of your homemade lemonade. Blend on high until fully pureed.
  4. Mix the peach puree with lemonade: Combine the peach purée back into the remaining lemonade. Stir well to combine.
  5. Garnish and serve: Pour the peach lemonade into tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a few peach slices.

Notes

You can rim the glasses with sugar or a mix of sugar and lemon zest for extra flair. Store the lemonade in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
