  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and wash them. Halve the baby potatoes and mince the garlic.
  2. Season the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry, season with salt, black pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
  3. Brown the chicken (optional): Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Combine the ingredients: In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth, add garlic, remaining Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
