Baked Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos

A savory blend of shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in tortillas, baked to golden perfection.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1012 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare ingredients.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Warm the tortillas if stiff, making them easier to work with.
  5. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla, fold, and roll tightly.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with extra ranch dressing and fresh toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or avocado.
