Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in the blueberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan evenly.
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden edges appear and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
