Deviled Strawberries

A delightful twist on a classic treat, these Deviled Strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy nights at home.

  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep your strawberries: Wash and gently dry, then slice a bit off the bottom to help them stand. Hollow out each strawberry with a small knife.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice, and blend well.
  3. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture gently using a spatula.
  5. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
  6. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh mint leaves or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an extra indulgent touch. These can be prepared ahead of time, but fill them no more than a few hours before serving.
