Ninja Creami Cantaloupe Sorbet

A refreshing and light cantaloupe sorbet made effortlessly with the Ninja Creami, perfect for summer days.

  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cantaloupe: Cut your cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Use a sharp knife to cut the fruit away from the rind, then cube it into small pieces.
  2. Blend it up: Place the cantaloupe cubes in a blender with the lime juice and water. Add sugar if desired and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture: Pour the blended mix into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Pour into the Ninja Creami: Once chilled, pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Creamify your sorbet: After 24 hours, remove the container from the freezer and use the Ninja Creami to turn the mixture into sorbet.
  6. Scoop it out: Use a spoon to scoop your cantaloupe sorbet into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in elegant dessert bowls or hollowed cantaloupe halves. Garnish with lime, mint, or berries for added flair.
