2 large peaches (peeled & sliced)
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 lemon (juiced; about 1–2 tablespoons)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter (melted)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for the topping)
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for the topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the fresh raspberries and sliced peaches. Add the flour, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon, and gently toss together.
Pour the fruit mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, rolled oats, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly.
Evenly sprinkle the topping over the fruit filling.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
