  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 4 lavash bread sheets or 5 flour tortillas (10-inch size)

  2. Add the Dill & Cheese: Stir in the dried dill and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Chop Your Veggies: Get your veggies ready by finely chopping them for easier rolling.
  4. Incorporate the Veggies: Fold the chopped vegetables into the creamy mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay your lavash or tortillas flat and soften them in the microwave for about 10 seconds if needed.
  6. Spread with Love: Scoop a generous amount of your creamy veggie filling onto each tortilla.
  7. Roll Them Up: Carefully roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Chill for Best Results: Place your rolled tortillas seam-side down and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Slicing Time: Once chilled, slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Plate and Enjoy: Arrange the slices on a platter and serve with dipping sauce.
