  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • ¾ cup finely chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 4 lavash bread sheets or 5 flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Filling: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Use a spatula or a hand mixer to blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Dill & Cheese: Stir in the dried dill and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Chop Your Veggies: Finely chop your vegetables to ensure easy rolling.
  4. Incorporate the Veggies: Fold the chopped vegetables into the creamy mixture.
  5. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay your lavash or tortillas flat and soften them in the microwave if needed.
  6. Spread with Love: Scoop a generous amount of your creamy veggie filling onto each tortilla.
  7. Roll Them Up: Starting at one end, carefully roll up the tortilla.
  8. Chill for Best Results: Place your rolled tortillas seam-side down and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Slicing Time: Once chilled, slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Plate and Enjoy: Arrange the beautifully sliced roll-ups on a platter and serve with dipping sauce.
