  • 1 oz Espresso (freshly brewed)
  • 1 oz Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
  • Marshmallows (for toasting, for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew your Espresso: Start by brewing a fresh shot of espresso or a small cup of strong coffee.
  2. Toast those Marshmallows: Using a kitchen torch or an oven broiler, toast the marshmallows until golden brown.
  3. Assemble your Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, add marshmallow vodka, freshly brewed espresso, and toasted marshmallow syrup.
  4. Shake things up: Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain and Serve: Strain your concoction into a glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut cream instead of marshmallow syrup and ensure your vodka is vegan.
