  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 2 cups juicy watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chiffonade
  • 2 tablespoons citrus juice (lime or lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Cut the watermelon into quarters and cube into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the peaches into wedges or cubes.
  4. Prepare the mint by slicing it into thin ribbons.
  5. Mix together the diced watermelon, peach pieces, and mint in a large bowl.
  6. Add citrus juice over the fruit mixture and toss gently.
  7. Season with salt if desired, adjusting to taste.
