  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the tart shell according to package instructions if using frozen.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Layer the cream cheese mixture in the tart shell.
  6. Create the vegetable topping by adding cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  10. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
