A refreshing homemade raspberry sorbet, perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the simple syrup by combining water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved.
  2. Blend the raspberries in a blender until smooth.
  3. Combine the syrup with the raspberry puree until fully mixed.
  4. Chill and churn the mixture in a shallow dish, stirring every hour until fully frozen.
  5. Scoop and enjoy the sorbet, garnished with fresh raspberries or mint.

Notes

For added flavor, consider infusing the water with mint or lemon before making the sorbet.
