Fresh Peach Salsa

A vibrant and refreshing summer salsa made with juicy peaches, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Dice the peaches into small chunks.
  3. Chop the red onion finely.
  4. Mince the jalapeño.
  5. Chop the cilantro finely.
  6. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  7. Squeeze lime juice over the salsa mixture.
  8. Season with salt and stir gently.
  9. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.
  10. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
