  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Shred your cooked chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in the Ranch: Combine ranch dressing with the seasoned chicken.
  3. Prepare the Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the Burritos: Lay tortilla flat and add chicken mixture, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  5. Roll ‘Em Up: Fold in sides and roll from the bottom up.
  6. Toast for Good Measure: Heat skillet with olive oil and toast burrito seam side down for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Notes
