Instructions

  1. Soften the Cream Cheese: Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  2. Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Add the Sweetness: Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing on low speed.
  4. Incorporate the Lemon Curd: Add lemon curd and vanilla extract, blending until combined.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip: Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip using a spatula.
  6. Taste Test: Adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed by adding more lemon curd or powdered sugar.
  7. Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Notes
