Ingredients

  • Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Pitted and Halved Cherries
  • Sectioned Oranges
  • Diced Pineapple
  • Sliced Kiwi
  • Diced Mango
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace: Clear your countertop and gather all ingredients.
  2. Soak the rice paper: Dip one wrapper in warm water for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  3. Lay out the wrapper on a clean surface.
  4. Arrange the ingredients in the lower third of the wrapper.
  5. Add shredded coconut on top of the fruits.
  6. Roll it up tightly, folding the bottom first, then the sides.
  7. Repeat this process with remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with a yogurt or coconut dip for extra flavor.
