Easy Fried Pickle Dip

A delicious twist on a classic snack perfect for gatherings, this creamy and tangy fried pickle dip brings joy and laughter to any occasion.

  • 16 oz sour cream (can substitute dairy-free)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (can substitute dairy-free)
  • 1 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 23 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter (or dairy-free butter)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the Flavors: Stir in the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning until well incorporated.
  3. Season to Taste: Taste the mixture and add salt as needed.
  4. Prepare the Crunch: Melt the butter, add Panko breadcrumbs, and mix until moistened.
  5. Assemble the Dip: Transfer the pickle mixture into a serving dish and sprinkle the buttery Panko mixture on top.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with chips or veggies.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Add toasted Panko on top right before baking for maximum crunch.
