  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 3 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook your corn: Boil or grill the fresh corn until tender, about 5-7 minutes. If using frozen corn, ensure it’s cooled before adding to the salad.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until creamy.
  3. Add the corn: Gently fold the cooled corn into the dressing mixture.
  4. Incorporate the cheese and bacon: Toss in the cheese and bacon and stir gently.
  5. Final touches: Add the chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper, and adjust flavors as needed.
  6. Chill it out: Cover the salad and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
