Cowboy Cream Cheese: The Ultimate Whipped Garlic and Herb Dip

A rich, velvety dip made with cream cheese, sautéed garlic, and fresh herbs—perfect for gatherings.

  • 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese (450g, softened)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (60ml)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced and sautéed)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley and Chives (finely minced)
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, drizzle in olive oil, and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the sautéed garlic, finely chopped parsley, chives, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika, then fold in gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. Sprinkle some extra chopped herbs and smoked paprika on top before serving.

Notes

This dip can be prepared up to two days in advance. Garnish before serving for best presentation.
