  • 3/4 oz Ginger Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 12 oz Sparkling Water
  • 1/4 cup Filtered Water (for homemade ginger juice)

Instructions

  1. Make the Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts honey and warm water in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Prepare the Ginger Juice: Peel and chop fresh ginger, blend with filtered water, and strain to extract juice.
  3. Juice the Lemon: Squeeze fresh lemon juice, removing any seeds.
  4. Mixing it Up: Combine honey syrup, ginger juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake or stir vigorously.
  5. Pour and Sparkle: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and slowly pour in sparkling water.
  6. Decorate and Serve: Garnish with a lemon wedge, ginger slice or mint, and stir gently.
