Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking dish by greasing a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly into the bottom of your prepared dish.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry layer.
  6. Sprinkle the vanilla cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix layer.
  8. Top with fresh blueberries, distributing them evenly.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool for about 15 minutes, then serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream.
