  2. Blend the diced pineapple in a blender until smooth.
  3. Mix the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Combine and gently fold the pureed pineapple into the creamy mixture.
  5. Chill and pour the mixture into an airtight container, then freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve and enjoy your ice cream once it’s frozen solid.

Notes
