  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Neutral Oil (Canola or Avocado)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by mincing the garlic and chopping the green onions for efficiency.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the neutral oil and let it heat for about 30 seconds.
  3. Cook the garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the turkey: Cook the ground turkey for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up until fully cooked.
  5. Introduce the glaze: Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; pour over the turkey and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add heat: Sprinkle in red pepper flakes if desired and cook for an extra minute.
  7. Garnish and finish: Mix in chopped green onions and serve with garnished toppings.
