A delightful and healthier version of Halloween dirt cups made with gluten-free brownies, vegan chocolate pudding, and healthier gummy worms.

Ingredients

  • Gluten-Free Brownies
  • Vegan Chocolate Pudding
  • Healthier Gummy Worms
  • Crushed Chocolate Cookies
  • Whipped Coconut Cream (optional)
  • Dirt-Inspired Toppings (e.g., crushed nuts, sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Bake your brownies according to recipe or box instructions, then let them cool for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Make the vegan chocolate pudding by combining cocoa powder, plant-based milk, and a thickener like cornstarch in a saucepan and whisk until thickened.
  4. Crush the cooled brownies in a ziplock bag aiming for a crumbly texture.
  5. Layer the cups with vegan chocolate pudding, brownie crumbles, and repeat until full.
  6. Top with healthier gummy worms and optional sprinkles or cookie crumbs.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve to guests and enjoy!

Notes
