Jack-o’-Lantern Quesadillas

Festive and cheesy quesadillas shaped like Jack-o’-lanterns, perfect for Halloween gatherings.

  • 10 pieces 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 4-inch pumpkin cookie cutter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the workspace by clearing your kitchen counter and gathering all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot enough to melt cheese without burning tortillas.
  3. Cut out cute Jack-o’-lantern faces from one tortilla using the pumpkin cookie cutter.
  4. Build the quesadilla by sprinkling cheese on a whole tortilla, adding desired fillings, and topping it with another tortilla.
  5. Grill the quesadilla in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
  6. Cut out the faces from the cooked quesadilla using the pumpkin cookie cutter.
  7. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream as dipping options.
