Zucchini Fritters

Crispy zucchini fritters bringing comfort food and childhood memories to life.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Zucchini by washing them and shredding into a bowl.
  2. Remove Excess Moisture by twisting in a kitchen towel and squeezing out liquid.
  3. Mix the Ingredients in the bowl with drained zucchini, adding cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat the Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the Fritters, scooping out portions and cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Drain and Serve on a paper towel-lined plate.

Notes

Serve warm with sour cream or Greek yogurt. Try different variations like adding herbs or swapping cheeses.
