White Garlic Mushroom Pizza

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (such as cremini or button)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add mushrooms and cook until golden.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring in oregano.
  4. Spread the creamy sauce on the pizza crust, topped with the garlic-mushroom mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
