Creamy Whipped Pink Lemonade

A refreshing and indulgent creamy whipped pink lemonade, perfect for summer gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • 2 tbsp pink lemonade powder mix
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold water or milk (for the base liquid)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 medium lemon (sliced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your heavy whipping cream in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whip the cream on a medium setting until soft peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the pink lemonade powder, sweetened condensed milk, and cold water (or milk) to another bowl or blender.
  4. Mix this mixture until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into your pink lemonade mixture gently.
  6. Add ice cubes to serving glasses and pour the creamy pink lemonade over them.
  7. Garnish with a lemon slice or colorful cherry on top.

Notes

For a lighter version, use coconut cream. Consider adding blended fruit for extra flavor!
