  • 4 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pitted cherries in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Toss gently to coat and let sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
