Sparkling Summer Delight: Champagne Popsicles

A refreshing and elegant champagne popsicle perfect for warm summer days.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Barefoot Bubbly Berry Fusion
  • 3/4 cup Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry Champagne
  • 810 oz of mixed berries
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and mixing equipment.
  2. Prep the fruit by rinsing the berries and chopping the apple.
  3. Create the bubbly mixture by blending the sparkling wine and champagne.
  4. Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into each popsicle mold.
  5. Fill each mold with chopped apples and mixed berries.
  6. Continue to fill the molds with the remaining champagne mixture.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  8. Freeze for about 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.
  9. Release the pops by running warm water over the molds.
