Caramel Apple Cider Float

A cozy autumn delight combining warm apple cider and creamy vanilla ice cream, drizzled with rich caramel.

Ingredients

  • 23 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup apple cider
  • ½ cup ginger ale
  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Chill your glasses in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Scoop 2-3 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into the chilled glasses.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of apple cider over the ice cream.
  4. Add ½ cup of ginger ale slowly to preserve the bubbles.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  6. Garnish and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut or almond ice cream and vegan caramel sauce.
