A fun and festive twist on the classic Caprese salad, these skull-shaped appetizers are perfect for Halloween gatherings and are sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Balls
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Black Olives

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and drying the tomatoes and basil.
  2. Create the skull shapes by slicing a small portion off one end of each cherry tomato.
  3. Assemble the skulls by placing a mozzarella ball inside each tomato to form the skull’s head.
  4. Add sliced black olives to mimic the eye sockets.
