Caprese Dip

A warm, creamy dip that captures the classic flavors of a Caprese salad, perfect for gatherings or a decadent snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Crusty Bread or Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash cherry tomatoes and basil leaves, and pat dry.
  2. Slice the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Mix everything in a bowl with mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  6. Let the mixture marinate at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Prepare your serving dish by transferring the mixture to a beautiful bowl.
  8. Add final touches with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar before serving.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; best enjoyed fresh.
