Blue Raspberry Lemonade

A refreshing blend of fresh lemon juice and sweet blue raspberry syrup, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Lemon Juice (from about 6-8 lemons)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 5 Cups Water (divided)
  • ½ Cup Blue Raspberry Syrup
  • Blue Food Coloring (optional)
  • Fresh Raspberries (for garnish)
  • Lemon Slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Juice those lemons by rolling and slicing them in half, then using a juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup.
  2. Mix the sugar and 1 cup of water in a medium saucepan, heating over medium until dissolved.
  3. Combine the lemon juice, blue raspberry syrup, and simple syrup in a large pitcher.
  4. Add the remaining 4 cups of cold water and stir well.
  5. Color your lemonade with blue food coloring, adjusting to your preference.
  6. Chill your lemonade in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Garnish your drinks with fresh raspberries and lemon slices before serving in ice-filled glasses.

Notes

Store any leftover lemonade in an airtight pitcher. Great for up to a week in the fridge.
