BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese

A delightful blend of BBQ chicken and gooey grilled cheese, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich: Layer cheese, BBQ chicken mix, more cheese, and top with the second slice of bread.
  3. Heat the Skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Butter the Bread: Spread butter on one side of the sandwich and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
  5. Grill to Perfection: After 3-4 minutes, flip the sandwich and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Check for Melty Awesomeness: Ensure the cheese is melted by pressing down or covering the skillet with a lid.
