Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your muffin tin with liners or grease it.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients: milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla into the mashed bananas.
  5. Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  7. Fold in the optional add-ins (if using).
  8. Fill the muffin tin about 2/3 full with batter.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack.
